SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA (October 8, 2015) – The largest event of the 2015 Pacific Challenge Series presented by PenneyLawyers.com season is on tap for October 17th at All American Speedway and the PCS teams have answered the challenge to support the Placer County Breast Foundation. More than 33 teams will be in action in the “October Classic 100” that takes place during the NASCAR K&N Pro Series, West weekend at the one-third mile oval in Roseville.
Answering a challenge from promoter Bill McAnally, PCS promoter Jeff Munro has put the challenge to the PCS teams to try to raise $5,000 which goes towards UC Davis Hospital Breast Cancer research. Racer Bling has designed 1,000 Pink Ribbons which will be for sale for $5 each and will be applied to PCS race cars for the big race. Each ribbon has a place for the donor to put their name or their company name. As an added bonus, the Pacific Challenge Series has pledged a set of American Racer Tires to the team that can sell the most ribbons.
Corporations may also purchase a set of ribbons to have their ribbon appear on each car in the race. A 503(c) receipt can be provided upon request. Several PCS teams have already started their ribbon selling drive. Ribbons can be picked up from Penney Racing Supply at 5437 Stationers Way in Sacramento or by calling (916) 338-3434.
